Can I Cancel an E-Sign?

Yes, you can cancel an e-sign in just a few steps.


How to Cancel an E-Sign:

  1. Go to the “All Documents” section of your dashboard.

  2. Locate the document you want to cancel.

  3. Under the “Actions” column, click the down arrow next to the document.

  4. Select “Cancel E-Sign” from the dropdown menu.



Important Note:

If the document owner is also one of the signers, they must complete their signature first before the cancellation option becomes available.
